EXTRA TOOLS: MY LIFE
Some Tools to look at myself.
Some Tools to look at myself.
Evaluation of Me - well how do I do that....? Do I want that on show to the world?
See below for some visioning questions that I used to get a sense of myself:
1) If you couldn't fail, what dream would you most like to pursue?
2) What specific goal can you realistically aim to achieve in the next 12 months, what would contribute to this.
3) What strengths and resources do you already have.
4) What strengths and resources do need to develop in order to reach your goal?
5) How might you sabotage yourself?
6) How will you find a way to counter this?
7) What can you do in the next 24 hours, no matter how small that will move you towards your goal?
- Client (Self) Questionnaire? can I find &or use one or develop a few questions or just use the 4 guild questions: 1) What is going well; 2) What is challenging; 3) What are my long term goals?; 4) What are my next achievable steps?

River of Life Exercise: Getting to now, documenting the past. Then looking forward to the future and use various tools to analyse and tease out insights into a future design into life. The 'Connectagram' gives extra meaning and then actually writing a paragraph on intent is quite hard and very powerful. Then taking this statement of intent and seeing how it fits ethics and principles is a great way to test how well our visions fit with permaculture and perhaps more importantly get a gut feeling about them.
Work Life and sense of meaning/ Purpose.
My idea of Herbaculture as a way of life and business is given a good looking over by asking questions relating to the lovely diagram ' The Forfilled Life'. Perhaps of note is the Earning enough and self doubt about being good enough. They go together but I know that my patients really appreciate me and the herbs so stop worrying Dano!
