(SocIAL) Herbaculture BACKGROUND

The above logo is from the ActivLives Grow Your Community Sudbury project I started in March 2017. It has been a fantastic experience to work with a community and tend the park in Sudbury and residential areas. The team I am part of are very interested in Social Prescribing so we have been keen to pilot how a community benefits from a gardening project. activlives.org.uk/activgardens/grow-your-community-sudbury/
Before I started working with ActivLives I had applied to the School of Social Entrepreneurs. My dream is to turn Herbaculture from my business to a social herbaculture which will use social prescribing, run courses for people to learn about their health all with a focus on community and herb growing.
My intention is to use the name 'Herbaculture' for a new charitable company.
Thanks to:
The Lloyds Bank Social Entrepreneurs Start Up Programme, in partnership with the School of Social Entrepreneurs (SSE) and jointly funded by the Big Lottery Fund.
